King Edward Park

Located between Newcastle beach and bar beach, a path from Newcastle beach winds its way up and through the park around the garden bed and around past the famous Bogey Hole an ocean pool made by convicts. There is now also a staircase path from a viewpoint to the top of the park, fantastic views of the coastline and back over Newcastle can be taken in, also popular for whale watching.
