Being A Sustainable Droplet

We love our surf, sky & earth – we want you to as well! To make our festival more sustainable we’ve got a few tips on reducing single use plastics. When you buy a drink at any of our bars you’ll receive a Globelet cup - these are rented for a small fee which is partially refunded upon return.

Also – don’t forget to BYO plastic water bottle to refill at the water stations provided located around the site.

Ultimate Packing List

Your Ticket – this goes without saying, but you’d be surprised

Valid ID – The Drop Festival in Coolangatta, Torquay & Busselton are all ages, no ID, no entry!  Please bring with you either, a Current valid Australian Drivers License, Current Passport, Government issued proof of age card or an international drivers license (with a photo).

Your phone & portable phone charger – so you can take all the snaps all night long

Sun protection – If the forecast is to be HOT, remember to bring a hat sunscreen and sunglasses.

Cash – While there are ATM’s on site, it’s always good to have a little bit of cash on you for when you feel like splurging at the merch tent.

Your credit/debit card – In case you go a little too crazy at the merch tent

A bag – To carry all your goodies! But remember – no bags bigger than an A4 piece of paper will be permitted inside the festival site!

Plastic Reusable Water Bottle – As we mentioned above, you’ll be able to refill these throughout the day. Metal water bottles won't be accepted

Raincoat – You never know what Mother Nature has in store for us!

Good Vibes & Smile – Now this might be a given – but just remember it’s a festival, so have fun. YEW!

Have an epic day and look after your mates! If you see something or someone that doesn’t look okay, tell security or head to the medical tent located by the entrance.
